The secret behind the high quality of this luxury pure down duvet lies in the calcium-free mountain spring water of the Bavarian Forest. Homage Designs partnered with Muehldorfer from Germany where all feathers are washed in the fresh spring water and dried in an airflow. The dust and germ-free feathers then move on to the ultra-modern filling plant where they are used to fill the bedding.
Muehldorfer duvets and pillows are carefully made and finished using ecologically cultivated cotton. a fabric which is exquisitely soft to the touch and meets the highest environmental standards (Eco-Tex Standard 100 ACB test No. 92.0.1606). The special hydro transport system incorporated into the fabric enables moisture absorption and thus promotes a healthy, dry sleeping environment.
This duvet is a cloud like thinner version. It is very suitable in warm climates, summer months and brings along a light and airy feel. It still ensures to keep you warm, however, it’s lighter weight and reduced fill makes the sleep experience delightful. The duvet is stitched in boxes, washable at 60°C and tumbling resistant. The fill is 100% Matthaeus goose down and is 100gsm for a King size duvet with 610g fill. The Queen sized Duvet is 515g.
